Did anyone notice that much hyped appearance of Shilpa Shetty with American rap singer Akon didnot happen. Lalit Modi or any other IPL organizer didnot even bother to give a reason of explanation for her no show from program.
As advertised, Kartina gave her appearance item number with music legen Eddy grant and Akon and was greatly appreciated by the Indian and South African crowd present in the stadium. However, all the Shilpa Shetty fans who came with the hope to see the "thumkas" and "jhatkas" of the leggy beauty Shilpa Shetty, were very much disappointed. The fact that no prior information about this deviation in the program was given and no apologies were seeked by the IPL organizer made the matters even worse.
Now the million dollar question is " Where was Shilpa Shetty during the IPL closing ceremony?"
